The Meteorological Department had said that due to suspension of sea breezes in Karachi from September 14 to 16, the city would be in the grip of lost winds.
However, once again, the Meteorological Department has informed that the heat wave is likely to start in Shar-e-Quaid for 4 days. Due to which the temperature in Karachi can go up to 40 degrees Celsius. The partial heatwave will continue till September 17, in which the sea breezes will be completely closed.
In addition, the weather will remain dry in most parts of the country. However, showers are likely in some parts of Sindh, including Gilgit-Baltistan, Potohar and Kashmir.

محکمہ موسمیات کی جانب سے کہا گیا تھا کہ کراچی شہر میں 14 سے 16 ستمبر کے دوران سمندری ہوائیں معطل ہونے کی وجہ سے شہر میں گم ہواؤں کا راج ہوگا۔

تاہم ایک بار پھر محکمہ موسمیات کی جانب سے آگاہ کیا گیا ہے کہ شہر قائد میں 4 روز تک جروی ہیٹ ویو کا آغاز ہونے کا امکان ہے۔ جس کی وجہ سے کراچی کا درجہ حرارت 40 ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ تک جاسکتا ہے۔ جبکہ جزوی ہیٹ ویو 17 ستمبر تک جاری رہے گی، جس میں سمندری ہوائیں مکمل طور پر بند رہیں گی۔

اس کے علاوہ ملک کے بیشتر علاقوں میں موسم خشک رہے گا۔ تاہم سندھ کے کچھ علاقوں سمیت گلگت بلتستان، پوٹھوہار اور کشمیر میں کہیں کہیں بارش ہونے کا امکان ہے۔
